Here's an ironic little ditty about two Dons. One who used Ho as his name... and one who used "ho" to defame.

Let's begin with the famous first lines of the great Buffalo Springfield song:

"THERE'S SOMETHING HAPPENING HERE
WHAT IT IS AINT' EXACTLY CLEAR"

You ain't kidding!!

In a week when pontificators and fontificators dissected Imus for his use of "ho," another Don, who really was a Ho, made his EXIT in the midst of the scene. Don Ho, the legendary Hawaiin singer, passed away on Saturday.

I'm telling you, folks, "there's something happening here. And what it is ain't exactly clear..."

So what conclusions can be drawn from all this? I have absolutely NO IDEA. Except that there once were two Dons. Both with legions of fans. One suffered a failed heart. One suffers a sad heart. And now both Dons are gone.

Any further conclusions are entirely up to you...
