Valentine's Day Cocktails

We spend a lot of effort planning what we'll eat on Valentine's Day, from making restaurant reservations months ahead of time and buying artisanal chocolates to scouring the grocery store for supposed edible aphrodisiacs. But we often don't really think about what we'll be drinking on the holiday. Sure, a glass of Champagne works, but if you want a truly romantic night, try serving a crimson cocktail tailored to your love's personal tastes.
