Before it became a residential area, it used to be a railroad corridor that was under construction for quite some time. What makes this area really good is that the beltline is the area that is going to be used to improve transportation and also infrastructure improvement as a whole. As the infrastructure and transportation development plans progress, the value of houses in the area would definitely go up. This place is also great for investment opportunities as property right now is very cheap. In the future, the value of the lot is expected to grow and you can sell it off by then.
