Where did the article on incorrectly addressed registration forms go?

WHERE DID THE ARTICLE GO??

To all the people posting outrage at the Republicans' attempt to disenfranchise voters, you obviously didn't read the article. The problem is that these websites were lazy and simply listed Secretary of State's office for sending in voter registration forms when, in most cases, that was not the correct address.

This is not a scandal, although it is idiotic. Someone working at the voter registration sites could have checked for this with a couple of hours work, but it was overlooked. Hopefully someone does the right thing and makes sure that everyone who sent their form to the wrong place still gets to vote.

Do we need the UN to come and supervise US elections??? This is getting bad as the 3rd world dictatorships our politicians like to criticize.

This doesn't surprise me. There are many ways to disenfranchise the voters.Check out www.bradblog.com
and you can see this is part of the plan. The ACCORN raid was planned as well.

This is unbelievable! Is nothing being done to address this issue so close to the election? Thanks for posting this. Why isn't it being picked up by the media?

They are doing everything in their power to dis-enfranchise the new voters. More of the same.

Debra Bowen, the Democratic Secretary of State in California, campigned ona pledge to prevent voter fraud. Evidently she is living up to that. pledge.
Question is, what will the other secretary of states do?
And when will the Web sites giving the wrong addresses post the correct ones?
HEY, OBAMA CAMPAIGN! IS ANYBODY READING THIS?

Oh, sh**. Nice work uncovering this story, but I can't say I'm at all surprised. It's worked every time so far...

We need court action immediately, before votes are cast. Get an injunction.

Screw-up indeed. The campaigns should have sufficient time to be sure all ballots are honored. Let's hope they read this.

I know one thing-
if you gave people the wrong address- those registrations should be honored as long as they are post marked by the right date.

What kind of crap is that. Other wise they had better extend these cut off dates.

Thanks for posting this important information. With all the horserace "reporting" going on, you'd think more reporters would be looking for fundamental problems with the racetrack.

Not "our own government", bush's right wing neo-con government. Is it really a surprise to anyone that in a year Democrats are far out pacing repiglicans in new registrations that all of a sudden the forms are being mailed to the incorrect address?
