Louise Nayer
Louise Nayer, writer and educator, has published four books, most recently Burned: A Memoir (Atlas and Co.), listed as one of ten upcoming titles in Oprah Magazine, a finalist for the USA Book News Award and winner of the 2010 Wisconsin Library Literary award. She received six California Arts Council grants and was a Professor of English Composition, Literature and Creative Writing at City College of San Francisco for over twenty five years. She grew up in NYC but has lived in San Francisco since 1976.
