2013 was an exciting, awkward, frustrating, and confusing year in Illinois. Join us as we take a look back at some of the most memorable highlights from 2013 in snarky visual fashion!

This summer was a hot one, especially when the Metra's former CEO received a suspicious six-figure severance...and that was just the tip of the iceberg! The scandal was so frustrating it riled up passengers!
