1) SHARE Hard, Play Hard

Today I was thinking about the phrase "work hard, play hard" and the very idea made me think of people who are stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted and hungover. Recently I have been thinking of 'working' more as sharing. Sharing our gifts with the world is fun, engaging, exciting and uplifting. So share your passions, share your talents, share your experience and share your message. What do you stand for? What are you building? Sharing is not work, it is not something you have to do, it is something you get to do!

2) On Running Late

We all run late at times. When it is unavoidable, it does not matter when you show up. What matters is HOW you show up. When you show up in a place of appreciation, peace, kindness, love and security, you are welcomed everywhere you go.

3) Forgiveness

Forgiveness is not always a practice, it is not always an intellectual process. At times forgiveness is a physical reaction that occurs when a person has experienced a significant expansion in their awareness. When we fully receive the gifts and life lessons that every contrasting experience provides for us, we are so appreciative of the ways in which we are better and the opportunities we have to heal, that forgiveness becomes inevitable -- the logical next stage. It is not a struggle but more of pleasure to release something that is holding us back from living our ultimate life.

4) On Advice

The words of those who give their 2 cents often are often only worth 2 cents. The people whose 2 cents are worth $2 million are quick to uplift and slow to direct. Watch and listen carefully, they will not tell you what to do, they will SHOW you how to do it.
