Marc Wolf recently appeared in his solo-show Another American: Asking and Telling Off-Broadway at DR2 Theatre, directed by Joe Mantello. He won an Obie and was nominated for the Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for his original Off-Broadway performance of Another American: Asking and Telling at The New Group. Mr. Wolf has appeared in Another American at Mark Taper Forum (Garland Award), Seattle Repertory Theatre, McCarter Theatre, Trinity Repertory Theatre, The Studio Theatre Washington D.C. (Helen Hayes Award, GLAAD Award), Baltimore Center Stage, About Face Theatre (Jeff Nomination), Kansas City Repertory Theatre, New Conservatory Theatre (Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award), Boston Theatre Works (IRNE Award), New York Stage & Film, Mabou Mines, Dixon Place and at various colleges and high schools. Another American is published in Political Stages: Plays that Shaped a Century (Applause Books.) Mr. Wolf was commissioned by McCarter Theatre to develop his solo-show The Road Home: Re-Membering America, which he performed at McCarter Theatre directed by Emily Mann, and at Huntington Theatre and Geva Theatre directed by David Schweizer. He recently completed the filming of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, directed by John Walsh and Mary Harron. On television, appearances on The Sopranos, Law & Order, and Brent Lawrence/Marian Crane on Guiding Light. Mr. Wolf is the recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts Awards.
