Marcella Mroczkowski is a 58-year-old attorney and Huffington Post citizen journalist. She is a graduate of Fordham Law School who has raised six non-biological kids. In 2004 her husband Stan, a corporate tax attorney and graduate of Regis and Harvard Law School, became disabled - two years after the couple had taken in two young relatives from foster care. Though they were able, with considerable belt-tightening, to afford it - going from four cars to one - it was a wakeup call as to how the American health care system was becoming increasingly unaffordable and inaccessible to many citizens.
