Rick Bayless, celebrity chef, contestant on "Top Chef Masters," and owner of Frontera Grill, stopped by "The Interview Show," a live talk show I host at The Hideout in Chicago, to discuss his career and his new restaurant, XOCO.

I love Rick. He is my pick. If not him, then Hubert. Two classy guys with tons of imagination and passion for their work.
