Mark Bell is a PhD candidate in political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an affiliate of the MIT Security Studies Program. His research covers issues relating to nuclear weapons proliferation, British and American foreign policy, and international relations theory. He holds an undergraduate degree from Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University, where he was a Frank Knox Fellow. He has previously worked for Senator John Kerry and the think tank CentreForum.
