Yesterday, I interviewed Douglas Rivers, President and CEO of YouGov Polimetrix and professor of political science at Stanford University, on a paper he presented at the AAPOR Conference on the statistical properties of internet and phone polls in the 2008 Elections.
Rivers authored a guest contribution on Pollster responding to study on the accuracy of web surveys. I wrote on two-part column on the controversy last October. Interests disclosed: YouGov Polimetrix is the owner and primary sponsor of Pollster.com.
We are conducting interviews this week of participants at the annual conference of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR).
The following links take you to all the videos and occasional Twitter updates from me, Kristen Soltis and others at the conference.
