Will George W. Bush be able to get Scooter Libby off the hook by refusing to produce classified information at his trial? Looks like that's Libby's defense strategy. It's called "graymail." Maybe that's why Fitzgerald charged Libby with lying instead of espionage; this way, graymail is much less likely to work.
In the meantime, who deleted emails from the White House server? If we had a Congress, instead of a doormat, someone would be demanding to know.
Oh, and Fitzgerald says the investigation is ongoing and more defendants may still be charged.
