Mary has spent three decades in alternative health as an herbalist, massage therapist, and vegetarian chef. She traveled to Colombia, South America where she was initiated by the Kofan Indians while participating in Ben de Loonen’s upcoming documentary on ayahuasca. She served as a production assistant in Michel Negroponte’s documentary on ibogaine. She has received ibogaine treatment as well as served as treatment provider with Rocky Caravelli in Sayulita, Mexico. She is currently writing a memoir of her experiences with a variety of plant teachers including the powerful entheogens, iboga and ayahuasca.
