What Being a Vegan Runner Means to Me

(8) Comments | Posted December 13, 2014 | 10:21 AM

(6) Comments | Posted October 9, 2014 | 12:50 PM

Admission: I really wanted to call this blog Kill Your Microwave... Before It Kills You!

But I didn't. Because that's not why I killed my microwave. I don't think microwaves are dangerous, nor do I really believe that microwaving your food necessarily destroys the nutrition therein.

Living without a microwave...

Runner or non-runner, whichever you call yourself, I've been there. And I think I've finally figured out that whole label thing.

Let's face it. Being vegan (or even vegetarian) is pretty...
