Sarah Palin in 2012? Get Ready For It

Sarah Palin is campaigning in areas in which right-wing Republicans are already smitten with right-wing Republicans. She is going out and speaking to the basest part of the base, the part that believes Obama's a terrorist and wants him tried for treason. The McCain campaign continues to show no faith in her intelligence. Her speeches rarely vary at all, no matter the city or the venue; if an audience is old, she talks about health care and Social Security. If the audience is young, she talks about health care and Social Security.

Palin knows that not every audience cares about the issues she's discussing; she just is not comfortable with a slight change in the speech she has been handed.

It's a pretty jarring sight. But even though not every right-wing audience reacts to each part of Palin's script with the same enthusiasm, one thing is clear: the far right really likes Palin. And let there be no doubt about this: in 2012, Sarah Palin does not want to debate VP Joe Biden. She wants to debate President Obama. She wants to be the Republican Party nominee for President.

Now, many of you reading this blog just threw up on the computer screen, so please, take a moment to clean up. You are saying to no one, "That's insane! She's not competent!" I am not here to remark on the sanity of Palin's plans. I'm not saying she will be the nominee in 2012. I am saying that she will run. She may be one of those people who gets two percent of the vote in Iowa, and quits the race. Or, she may fare better. Mike Huckabee won Iowa, let's recall. While recently voted the Funniest Celebrity in Washington, D.C., Mr. Huckabee, a charming guy, is not on the same page as I am in regards to policy and whether or not we roamed the earth with the T-Rex. Sarah Palin is already adored by the religious right; Iowa, here she comes!

Don't believe me. But don't believe that the Bush era is really over, just because President Bush will be leaving office in January. The politics of Bush are not at an end. Sarah Palin is proof positive. She's not a genius. I'm not going to say she's a moron like "Mongo" in "Blazing Saddles," but she's certainly not someone whose brilliance we aspire to. She's not well-traveled, not well-read, not well-versed on the issues. Just like President Bush. So we can sit here and say, no way, she has no chance to be the Republican nominee. But she does have a chance. And it makes me want to throw up on my computer.

My life's process is to be anything but SARAH PALIN that is honest humble SMART SMART SMART!!! the same tactics gangs use in inner cities to keep kids in school by labeling them as "to White" is the very same rhetoric the republican party is using to sell this mountain momma. Our country by no surprise with Bush at the helm is being lead into what can only be paralleled as the Middle Ages a period of lies repressions and abuse of power by the powers that be.

Funny you should say that. Following is a comment by Michelle Obama on Larry King concerning Sarah Palin:

"I think she provides an excellent of example of all the different roles that women can and should play," Michelle Obama responded. "I'm a mother with kids and I've had a career and I've had to juggle. She's doing publicly what so many women are doing on their own privately. What we're fighting for is to make sure that all women have the choices that Sarah Palin and I have."

The fact that God has blown away the fog that has clouded many of our judgement over the last 8 years is an awesome indication that He knows what He is doing. God set's up kings and He removes them.

We are finally moving in the right direction because we refused to be robots this year. We are now listening intently to the the Rhetoric and the Issues that is before us and making informed decisions.

If we are quaking at the knee's in anticipation for 2012 means fear has its paralizing grip on us.
Let us just shake off the pessimism and take control of our ideals for this country to make this a better place to live.

Palin will be all but forgotten in 4 years, her only chance to ascend to the Presidency was to have 4 yrs of VP experience under her belt, when McCain loses on Nov 4th Palin's butt will be kicked back to Alaska where she will face the indignation of the Alaskan people.

I agree.Sarah Palin has no qualifications to be President. She is a political demagogue of limited experience, even more constricted intelligence, who lacks gravitas. I pray that her political career will be destroyed by her amorality, lies. and by exposure and revelation.

Listen to her carefully and listen to some of the female pentecostalist preachers. Subliminally, she is reaching multitudes, THE multitudes. This was why she was selected.

Call me optimistic, but i think that there is more than enough dirt buried in her past that she will be busy fighting off investigations for quite some time. Right now, she is living off the good graces of the ultra right wing religious whackjobs that are it's current base. But who knows what that base will look like in 4 years.

I think the attention Palin is getting in AK will dim her bulb by the time 2012 rolls around. Her tax returns are in violation of IRS code regarding "per diem" for family members. We will see Friday how damaged she will be from the "Abuse of Power" investigation. The fact that "Dude One" violated Rule of Law by not showing up for a duly served Subpoena could short out her ambitions. Her only chance right now is if the AK Supreme Court nullifies the investigation. If that happens I think Ak's will be outraged and her career will go in toilet anyway.,
