The rules of the game are simple: The place has to be in or around SoHo, the food has to be no more than $5, it has to fill you up, and there can't be any meat. In a neighborhood defined by sky-high rents and lavish eateries, it's not always so easy to find a good vegetarian lunch, but these spots prove you don't have to settle for a side salad. Most of the meals aren't particularly healthy, but that's what Lite Delights is for.
