Top 5 Funniest Videos of the Week (via Gotcha Media)

Last week, I wrote about how comedy has come to dominate Comic-Con, with every big upcoming comedy movie and TV show holding panels and high-profile funny people like Will Ferrell and Michael Cera getting in on the "cosplay." (I think I'm using that term correctly, but it's entirely possible that I'm not.) But then in the week following the convention, two videos chronicling alternatives to Comic-Con arose, both outdoing the main event.

First up, Joshua Jackson's
brought all things Pacey Whitter to the fans stuck outside the convention center (complete with Paula Cole's "I Don't Want to Wait"). And next, Adult Swim's Tim and Eric set up
to announce their upcoming movie "Blues Brothers 2012" (produced by Terminix).

was back this week in all of its

When the newest installment of Zach Galifianakis'

last week and I saw that he had chosen Steve Carell as his guest, I knew it was going to be great. Unlike

, Steve Carell had no problem jumping in between those two legendary ferns and giving Galifianakis a taste of his own medicine.

Finally, our old friend Kenny Powers was back this week in the first piece of original content since he left his girlfriend on the side of the highway and drove off to Mexico at the end of Eastbound and Down's first season. In this extended K-Swiss sneaker ad, I was very pleased to see Kenny (and his devoted personal assistant Stevie) acting just as obnoxiously as I remembered. The fact that it was brought to my attention by Kanye West makes all the more perfect.
