If you don't smoke, you're probably amazed whenever you see what cigarettes cost these days. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel wants to add 75 cents to the city's tax on a pack of cigarettes. This would make Chicago the most expensive place in the country to smoke, surpassing New York.
