As the Democratic Convention kicks off in Denver, the Republicans are finalizing the details for their convention next week in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

God bless the G.O.P. !

Even though Labor Day was created in 1882 as a "day off for the working man", the Republicans know that in this horrible economy that they created, that our workers shouldn't be taking a day off! They deliberately scheduled their convention to begin on a holiday so the service industry in Minneapolis-St. Paul could get an extra day of work and an extra day of pay!

Never let it be said again that the Republicans are not a friend of labor. They know in the 21st century, "days off" are for "losers". And what better way to honor the American worker, than by having him work?
