Maura Henninger is a board-certified naturopathic physician who is committed to the idea that each person is deeply unique and therefore deserves a tailored approach to his or her health care needs. To urge the body back into balance, her approach includes herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, homeopathy, Craniosacral therapy, dietary supplements and nutraceuticals, counseling and exercise. After graduating from Dartmouth College, she worked for several years as a magazine editor and writer before completing a 4-year doctoral program in naturopathic medicine at University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is currently pursuing additional training at The New England School of Homeopathy and resides in New York City, where she is in private practice.
