Today (November 2), H&M released its video preview of the Lanvin Heart H&M Collection before the collection hits select stores on Nov. 20 in North America and Nov. 23 in the rest of the world.
The Lanvin Heart H&M Collection, which will lead to some in-store shoving matches, are the expensive looking short ruffle tunic dresses in a deep rose color with a signature Lanvin ribbon belt. Some of the looks for the Lanvin Hearts H&M Collection are straight from the house's ready-to-wear, including an off-the-shoulder dark purple dress that resembles one found at Barneys for $3260.
Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz has repeatedly said he would never do a mass-market collection; that's emphasized in the H&M press materials. But in this economic climate, it pretty nice to give a $199 slice of cake to those can't easily justify $1,900 for a Lanvin ready-to-wear dress. \
Will you be camping out in front of H&M for this collection?
