Are you truly living up to your potential? Are you fully present and potent with friends, but out of integrity in timing and truth in higher stakes circumstances?

Never has it been more possible to reinvent ourselves to suit our evolving goals. And this reinvention may be a simple adjustment -- no surgeries or re-namings necessary, although it took those drastic actions for Caitlyn Jenner to get comfortable with herself.

Just as breathing and blinking are automatic biological processes of which we can take control, we can shape our daily personalities as a conscious selection process, too. We can have introverted introspective periods, then go public and turn on for an audience when warranted.

Some of you may not feel you have a choice. Some of you were driven inside yourselves by critics, teachers, parents, friends. Some guy rolled his eyes, or some girl spoke a snide aside, and you condemned yourself to be less than you might have been. One good failure or firing or breakup that you took personally, that you interpreted as the end of your art, career, or life, might have derailed your growth in its tracks, and left you lacking the personal power to gain further ground.

On the other hand, others of you were driven to perform to get attention, to get needs met because you felt invisible, not enough. And now you are too much. Your extroversion detaches you. It discourages deep connection, intimate collaboration. You obscure your natural magnetism with a battering ram to push your points. In both cases, the shy or the strident can become too out of balance to succeed.

You might not feel you need an appealing persona to get noticed in this noisy world. Your virtual avatar and your product, plus a good press agent and social media manager and some money can do it for you. Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Elon Musk are influencers of the first magnitude without having created rockstar personalities. Geeks and nerds rule this millennium, having rebranded sex appeal and heroism for a technologically intimidated world. The slick can make us sick, their extroversion may seem a diversion rather than being on point.

But, if you've written a book, created a product, are changing careers or re-entering the dating world, if it's the personal 'you' you need to sell, eventually you may need to come out from behind that screen again and be seen. Taming your terror of either exposure or invisibility may be mandatory for taking your charity or philosophy into a recognizable realm.

I can help you liberate a charismatic persona that moves with confident, controlled body English, congruent with your heart's conviction, that speaks in engaging sound bytes that condense your elaborate ideas into digestible size, that enrolls and creates empathy in your listeners. I can help you locate and empower that aspect of yourself and make it fun in the process. We can work via SKYPE, in person and/or on microphone for a half hour to test the waters, or work in one hour sessions to get you accustomed to moving through your world with your remarkable power.

You'll learn to talk one on one to interviewers, microphones and cameras as thousands eavesdrop. You'll find your unique way of connecting with grace in your enlarged comfort zone. There is no cookie cutter approach to refining your most compelling persona, but externalizing your unique inner voice for optimum impact will be the goal.
