Michael Brodsky, M.D. is the medical director of Bridges to Recovery, www.bridgestorecovery.com, a Southern California-based private, residential behavioral health program for adults with psychiatric disorders. At Bridges to Recovery, Dr. Brodsky oversees the medical and psychiatric aspects of treatment, coordination of care with the program director and clinical director, and outreach to the local, national and international psychiatric community.

Dr. Brodsky also is an instructor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Brodsky obtained a B.A. and M.D. from Yale University. He trained in adult and child psychiatry at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, now known as the Semel Institute and the Resnick
Neuropsychiatric Hospital. Dr. Brodsky received fellowships from Yale University, the American Psychoanalytic Association and the American
Medical Association.
