Every so often, I stumble across a study that makes me nuts. Some well-intentioned researchers suggest at the conclusion of a well-financed study that cardiovascular exercise does nothing in terms of helping people lose weight. I find these studies more often than you would think.
But there is one HUGE factor that these researchers don't take into account, one tiny, little ingredient that, when added, changes the entire process.
