Over 24 years, which included two tours in Washington, he wrote about politics, energy policy, education, environmental policy, immigration, national security, cultural issues, the Olympics and football. Earlier, he worked as a sportswriter for his hometown newspaper, the Baltimore Evening Sun, and later the Miami Herald. Currently, he is Director of Executive Communications at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
