She is an experienced Internet executive who has built large companies, created profitable divisions within large companies and founded start-up ventures – both a management executive and strategic consultant. As the founder of MagicMaker, Inc. she created the first cutting-edge digital media studio for broadband in 1995.

In the public arena, Dr. Kraus is also a noted political strategist and fundraiser. Her national consulting practice leverages search and the new media channels of the blogosphere. She holds a doctorate from Carnegie-Mellon University, a Masters degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University (Douglass College).
