She started her career doing entertainment and food reporting at a Los Angeles cable station, and brought her love of all things delicious and fabulous to Manhattan in 2007. Michelle also contributes to various food and wine publications, with an expertise in simple cooking and dining. In addition to journalism, Michelle is also an adjunct lecturer at CUNY Queens. Michelle graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Masters degree in Communication.
