Ming is Executive Vice President at EF Education First, the world's largest education company that operates over 400 schools around the world and has helped more than 15 million students study or travel abroad. She oversees the company’s global marketing and communications, including the EF’s English Proficiency Index ( www.ef.com/epi ). Ming has helped to position the Hult International Business School (www.hult.edu) which has become the world’s largest post-graduate business school and has led EF’s marketing in China’s explosive English learning market, over 300 million students strong.

In her spare time, Ming runs (45 marathons) writes children's books (Sassparilla’s New Shoes and Ling Ling Looked in the Mirror) and is in awe of her children. She sits on the board of the Keswick Foundation, a philanthropic organization, and is an ambassador for Sweaty Betty (www.sweatybetty.com) a yoga and running gear brand.

Ming was tickled to discover that she and her twin sister appear as vampires in Melissa de la Cruz's Blue Bloods' series as Deming Chen, Angel of Mercy, and Dehua Chen, Angel of Immortality.
