Miriam Novalle was born and raised in New York City, New York (See "Green
Team"in supplement). Ms. Novalle has been dubbed the "Tea Guru"by the
New York Times due to her natural ability to detect harmonious blends by
means of her olfactory sense. She developed this "nose by trade"over the
course of twenty-five years beginning when she opened a fragrance shop that was eventually sold to Sears and Roebuck. Later, Ms. Novalle became President of H. Albert and Company, after creating a world famous fragrance called "Listen."Eventually, she left the perfume industry and moved to Europe and Asia. While traveling, she gained enough knowledge and experience in the art of tea production to allow her to create and manifest her tea vision.
