Naomi Seligman serves as the Director of Public Affairs for Consumer Watchdog. She has worked extensively as a communications professional, developing and managing media strategies for campaigns, elected officials and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Consumer Watchdog, Ms. Seligman launched the communications department for Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) and the premier media watchdog group, Media Matters for America. She also has served as the communications director for the Violence Policy Center, a gun control organization, and ran the media and outreach for U.S. Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) and Rep. Sam Farr (D-CA). She has also served as director of outreach for the House Small Business Committee. Ms. Seligman received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
