Natasha Monique Hastings is an USA Track & Field Sprinter, Olympic Gold Medalist and certified fitness trainer who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Natasha began her track career at a very early age and made a first place win at the USATF Junior Olympics in the 400m in the Youth Girls division. She attended A. Phillip Randolph in New York City where she was able to take her track and field interest to a more competitive level.

Moving on to her college career at the University of South Carolina, Natasha started to become successfully known as "the 400M Diva” after accidentally describing the ladies track team as the "Gamecock Divas" in honor of the school's mascot, the Gamecock. After coming back from a key injury, 2007 was considered Natasha's breakout year. Natasha went home to New York for the New Balance Collegiate Invitational and won the 400M race in 51.70, a personal record at the time, and anchored the 4×400m to a win with the fastest collegiate time for the year. Also in 2007, she won the SEC Championships by running a 51.63. Natasha went on to win the NCAA Championship title and her time in the 400m at 50.15 was the second fastest time ever on the collegiate level and she had successfully competed undefeated all season becoming the Indoor and Outdoor 400M champion. In 2008 at the age of 22, Natasha made the USA Olympic Track and Field Team. She won an Olympic Gold Medal in the Women’s 4×400M relay team by running a 49.87 split.

In 2011, Natasha Hastings made yet another comeback. She maintained a successful Indoor Track & Field season. She won first place in the 400M race at the USA Indoor Track & Field Championships running one of the world-leading times in the 400M at 50.83. As she embarks on the 2011 Outdoor Track & Field season, she continues to set world-leading times in not only the 400M but the 200M race as well. She has also set world-leading times in the 4x400M and 4x200M relay races. Nationally, she is competing in the VISA Outdoor Championship Series and globally in the Samsung Diamond. She is currently preparing for the 2011 IAAF World Outdoor Championship in Daegu, Korea and the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, England.
