Neil Cole founded The Candie’s Foundation in 2001 to support teens and educate them on teen pregnancy. The mission of The Candies Foundation is to educate America's youth about the devastating consequences of teen pregnancy and to raise awareness of this serious problem, and the consequences, bringing it into the national consciousness and to reduce teen pregnancy. By using the dialogue that celebrities have with teens, Mr. Cole and his team have created a series of Public Service Announcements featuring celebrities to effectively communicate with impressionable teenagers. The PSA campaign has made over 500 million impressions since its inception.
