With the costs of higher education high and rising, it's important for families to start planning for college early. Yet most people don't know the pitfalls to traditional college savings plans.
Nearly 1 in 5 Americans has a disability. Many are children who have long, productive lives ahead of them. Under current law, these young people cannot save more than $2,000 in assets without losing health care and other federal benefits.
