Mireille Enos' portrayal of Linden as a seemingly emotionless woman who's one step away from having a total breakdown has always worked for me, and she really nailed last night's episode of "The Killing."
This week's episode of "The Killing" brought more rain, a frantic search for a seriously wounded girl we all hoped would be Kallie, some major displays of bad parenting and the return of an old friend: Holder's hoodie.
Linden finds a secret panel and lo and behold, she uncovers the "set" for the porn films -- and most disturbingly -- a blue teddy bear handcuffed in a submissive pose. (Have I mentioned how disturbing I find all of this?)
Moss, who refers to Kartheiser as "brilliant," describes their close bond (having known him since she was 18) and how audiences can see it translate on screen between the characters. Do we see a Peggy/Pete romantic reunion on the horizon?
This week's picked up where last week left off, with Linden waiting at the crime scene for the cops to arrive. Although Holder accuses her of trying to steal his case, it's obvious he always intended to lure Linden back to detective work.
