Remembering dreams and committing those daily experiences to memory are important functions of sleep. And it looks like great sex can reinforce itself by making good dreams out of the experience too.

I encourage everyone to be curious about bad dreams, not fearful. When we stay in those early feelings of fear, we don't allow ourselves a full range of motion in responding to the dream.

No one likes being jolted awake from a deep sleep, especially when what riled you up was an assailant, a snake in the bed, or being engulfed by flames...
