The media makes it out to be a myth. A goal for every summer. No one truly has the bikini body that fitness/health publications talk about because it is not real. It is fictional. Yet, they give you just a few easy steps to get the body "they" want... not the one you want.
It's that time of year for barbecues, beach days and bikinis! With the holiday weekend just around the corner, we look for last minute ways to shape up. This full-proof plan will whittle the waist, strengthen the muscles and boost your metabolism.
I do yoga for strength, flexibility, balance and focus. I also love hiking, and lately, even high-intensity interval training. However, I don't exercise for a "summer body." In fact, I prefer a strong, healthy body year round, thank you very much.
Incorporate this "move of the day" into your regular exercise regimen or just take a few minutes to give it a try. Each day will be a different move so you can do each one back to back or individually.
