If we don't put our mental, emotional and physical health first, we are putting at risk our businesses way more than the little time and effort it takes us to rest, train our minds through meditation and eat better.
I'm also focussing more on health than I have ever done before. Still not enough, but gradually getting there. After sitting in front of a computer for hours and hours and hours every day, this body needs to move. It needs to learn how to move.
There are times in our lives when we get really burnt out and everything overwhelms us. We feel disorganized, we become forgetful, and we can't keep up with our work. One way to deal with this is to take some time to declutter things in your life that are not working for you anymore.
