It may be the biggest heist in Chicago history, folks, and it's right under our noses. Or our feet, anyway.
For a public agency in Chicago to threaten to throw homeless people out onto freezing streets in far-flung corners of the city without as much as caring whether they have the means to get to a shelter is unnecessary and cruel in equal measure.
If you're a regular CTA commuter, you know that some trains and buses are so crowded, they are standing room only by the time you get on.

So why aren't the most famous elevated trains on the planet--ours here in Chicago-- branded? What is the CTA waiting for? Can the agency not recognize the power of 116 years of brand recognition?
