After 126 episodes, five one-hour specials, and a Disney Channel Original movie -- Phineas and Ferb are heading for the exit. And not because anyone in Mouse House upper management decided to pull the plug on this Emmy Award-winning animated series.
After 126 episodes, five one-hour specials and a record-breaking Disney Channel Original Movie, the day that Phineas and Ferb fans have been dreading since this show first hit the airwaves back in February of 2008 is now just weeks away.
All of the talented artists, executives and staffers who work at TVA were invited to create art pieces that would then reimagine some of the more famous Disney Television Animation characters as the undead.
"One of the really wonderful things about Phineas and Ferb is that you can enter the show at any point and understand what the plot of a particular episode is," Lindelof explained during a recent event at Disneytoon Studios.
