First, let me say, I loved everything there was to love about this romantic city. The people, the energy, the architecture, the fashion, the coffee and croissants, the feel of the air, the sounds in the streets.
Perhaps the biggest catalyst of my understanding, however, was having three of my closest friends in college serve as my spiritual sounding boards. Sometimes, we'd go from the club to an all-night diner and talk religion, getting into lively debates about reconciling the secular from the sacred.
Discovering, or more accurately, rediscovering our natural talents is what I call Natural Temperament. By reconnecting with our unique gifts, we re-teach ourselves to trust our instincts of imagination, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
