Talk is so cheap and so inexpensive. We say things all the time that we can do or are going to do or want to do. What really matters is what we actually do and how we actually affect the lives of others.
If I asked you to write a list of things that are currently bugging you what would be on your list? Might there be things that are no longer even conscious but still pull on your attention? Take a moment and ask what if anything is bugging you.
Instead of looking at your day as an endless to do list, what if you started each day with a question: "At the end of the day, how do I want to feel?" After you ponder that one, you can ask yourself, "What will make me feel that way?"
