"Expedia is a company that prides itself in providing the highest standards of quality customer service." So why was I treated so shabbily until my August double-booking situation was on HuffPost?
My issue: Two non-refundable tickets booked in exactly the same passenger name, passport number, and credit card, with Expedia and Alitalia telling me I should contact the other for resolution.
