The tricky part about traveling for athletes is that you need to be up and ready to train and/or compete once you get to your destination, yet the travel can wreak havoc on your body.
To compensate for my size, I have developed a program that includes a paleo-style nutrition plan, heavy lifting and lots of interval work. I am constantly seeking new ways to improve my fitness and technique.
We're now just 27 days away from our first race in London! After a few days of media tagging along to practices last week, we're back to normal, training and getting ready to race here in Princeton.
