Lawyers for the family of college student Dalton Harrell say that gun maker Sig Sauer knew about a dangerous defect in one of its handguns.
Anderson Manufacturing called the sound of the firearm "an orchestra of metal and hellfire crafted with gritted teeth, calloused hands, and passionate hearts."
"We should not be protecting the state with one hand and enabling manufacturers with the other," says state Rep. Lori Ehrlich.
