Whenever we're looking for a warm-weather getaway, we often start scoping rates for our typical Miami stays -- Delano, Fontainebleau, or the Standard. But 2014 and 2015 brought several new much-hyped hotels that we were excited to visit to see if they would make it on our list of rotating properties.
