It's all too easy to dismiss Jorge and George as "weird" or label them "gay," but I believe we will see more and more forms of sharing lives that defy tribal notions or biblical stereotypes. In the 21st century we are finally discovering how individualistic we can be. And that's a good thing.
The tendency to classify and categorize objects is a deeply ingrained aspect of human nature. Without this ability, we'd quickly get overwhelmed in every new encounter, but this fundamental skill can also be extremely damaging, especially when it comes to categorizing people.
