Summer movie season is only a few weeks old, but somehow it already feels interminable. As such, the arrival of writer-director Shane Black's The Nice Guys couldn't be a more perfectly-timed tonic to the usual onslaught of CGI mayhem we've come to expect between now and August.
Facebook isn't a "thing" anymore. It's so ingrained, it just is. Before the Internet, if you didn't have a television, people automatically assumed you were weird. Now, if you don't have a Facebook page, you're either old, weird, or old and weird.
At some point we have to break our emotional silence and get down to what is really going on. Don Draper has yet to do that, and it looks like he will never be able to fully. Gregory House has at least made a start.
