Online shopping promises to save time and money, but this just hasn't been the case for many of us trying to balance life and work in our increasingly busy schedules.
Social media has revolutionize the way we do business over the past years; social media allows businesses to have a conversation with their customers and not just a one-way flow of information like traditional media allowed. Social media can, however, make or break a business and it needs to be used with care.
Why would someone bother reviewing a product or service that has been reviewed 3,795 times already, given that writing a review takes time and effort? Many websites will insist that the review be a certain number of words, in addition to asking the customer to provide a rating. So why put in all that time and effort when other people have already done so?
