Rob is something of an entrepreneurial Renaissance man -- investor, author, consultant, and member of the faculty at the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business, where he teaches in the MBA program and is director Texas Venture Labs, which hosts one of the world's premier business plan competitions. Throughout his venture and operating careers, he has been a founder, founding investor, or involved with the public offering, merger, or acquisition of more than 40 companies. He currently serves as a board member or adviser with a number of technology and life sciences companies.
